Blocked Toilets Case Study

After various plumbers and handymen had attended to clear the recurring blocked toilets, we were contacted and asked to find the probable cause and resolve the issue permanently.

After the initial clearance, our mini CCTV unit was used and located the dreaded clip-on air freshener lodged in the toilet outlet pipework. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, we used our extensive knowledge and some old techniques picked up along the way. The obstruction was removed without having to take out the toilet, saving time and expense for the client.
