Shop Floor – Defective Pipework Case Study

After attending the site to investigate dripping from the ceiling on the shop floor, we located a defective cast iron section of drainage serving the restaurant above.

All equipment and materials were sourced after a temporary repair was carried out. Our engineers attended the site out of hours for the convenience of the client and accessed the pipe work via mobile tower. The defective section was removed and replaced with new 100mm UPVC pipework. This ensured the shop was able to reopen the following day and normal service was resumed with minimal disruption.
